Restaurant Manager

We are seeking an energetic and guest-focused Restaurant Manager to join a high-volume, upscale hospitality operation. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys developing teams, and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Restaurant Manager Responsibilities

Lead daily restaurant operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences
Manage scheduling, staffing, and labor to support business demands
Coach, train, and develop team members while fostering a positive culture
Resolve guest concerns and maintain high service standards
Drive operational efficiency, sales growth, and cost controls

Restaurant Manager Requirements

2+ years of management experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
Excellent communication, guest service, and problem-solving abilities
Experience with scheduling, labor management, and daily operations
TIPS Certification (or ability to obtain) and flexible availability
