Job Summary The Parts Warehouse Specialist is responsible for working with Transportation and Rental Specialists as well as the Shop Supervisor to manage the shipping and receiving of material in the Customer Service Center. The Parts Warehouse Specialist will store and retrieve parts in the warehouse with a great focus and attention to detail. General Duties and Responsibilities Support all team areas (Sales, Parts, Rental, and Service) in shipping and receiving activities and provide effective scheduling Organize paperwork, ensuring accuracy and completion Receive and stock parts, locate new parts, relocate parts when necessary for space requirements Promote ProLift Toyota Material Handling's values, mission and purpose of "Helping People Carry the Load" and ensure we are customers', vendors', and associates' indispensable partner Educational/Job Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent One year of material handling and/or shipping and receiving experience Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Proficiency in Microsoft products such as Word, Outlook, and Excel Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information The ProLift Team Our associates have the opportunity for personal and professional growth as well as a long-term career.
