This position will report to Production Manager.Key Responsibilities:Plan and execute daily production schedules to achieve revenue targets and operational objectives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance process efficiency, line performance, and drive continuous improvement.Lead initiatives focused on optimizing production processes and ensuring operational excellence.Maintain strict compliance with quality and safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.Assign tasks effectively and ensure all team members understand and complete their responsibilities.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree graduate preferably Engineering, Operations Management, or any equivalent degreeEffective communication skills in both oral and writtenKnowledge and experience in electronic components operation and applicationsMust have the ability to work in a cross-cultural team, assertive, good leadership, team player, and flexible.Willing to work in a shifting scheduleCompensation:As part of our total rewards philosophy, we believe in offering and maintaining competitive compensation and benefits programs for our employees to attract and retain a talented, highly engaged workforce.
