Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Providing evidence-based behavioral health interventions, the full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) will support members in a remote setting, focusing on chronic musculoskeletal pain management and psychosocial factors affecting recovery. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for referred MSK members Develop individualized behavioral health treatment plans and deliver structured Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Chronic Pain (CBT-CP) interventions Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and coordinate care with primary care physicians and behavioral health providers Required Qualifications Active, unrestricted Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) from a CSWE-accredited program Minimum of 3 years of post-licensure clinical experience Minimum of 2 years of experience in chronic pain management or related behavioral health settings Training and/or experience delivering Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for chronic pain or similar evidence-based interventions
