What We’re Looking For

A Loving Heart: A patient, warm demeanor and a genuine passion for working with preschool-aged children.

Experience & Growth: High school diploma or equivalent (some ECE coursework is a wonderful bonus!), plus prior experience with young learners.

Safety First: CPR & First Aid certification and an active Oregon childcare background check clearance (or the willingness to get them—we can help guide you!).

Dependability & Flexibility: A reliable, adaptable team player who can jump in with a smile when short-notice needs arise.
