Residential Development Solicitor, 3+ Years PQE, Suffolk, up to circa £60,000 (DOE) – This role would suit an ambitious solicitor looking to build their profile in residential development work, with clear progression prospects and the chance to play a part in the team’s continued growth. JOB REF: 3290. Responsibilities Handle a varied caseload of residential development and strategic land matters including conditional and unconditional sale agreements, site acquisitions and disposals, development finance transactions, strategic land option and promotion agreements. Communicate effectively, pay attention to detail and work well within a team environment. Qualifications Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience (PQE) as a Residential Development Solicitor.
