Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality treatment under the supervision of a Physical Therapist in an outpatient setting.
• Help patients achieve functional goals through evidence-based practices.
• Establish strong relationships with patients to enhance their care experience.
• Communicate patient progress and clinical updates to the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation.
• Contribute to a collaborative and high-performing clinic atmosphere.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant or eligibility to obtain licensure in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.

Compensation:

Hourly wage ranges from $26 to $30, inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials.
