Credit ManagerMVSB is seeking an experienced Credit Manager to lead the Commercial Credit Department in our Laconia or Meredith, NH branch. This role oversees credit analysis, annual credit reviews, appraisal review functions, and departmental workflow to support sound commercial lending decisions.The ideal candidate has strong commercial credit experience, sound judgment, and the ability to guide a collaborative, high-performing team.What You'll DoLead department workflow for credit analysis, annual reviews, financial tracking, and appraisal review functionsPrepare and oversee credit analysis reports for new commercial loan applicantsEnsure credit review and underwriting processes align with lending policies and regulatory requirementsReview commercial relationships for covenant compliance, financial performance, and loan exceptionsManage, coach, and develop credit staff while supporting strong collaboration with lending partnersWhat We're Looking ForFive to seven years of related credit analysis experience in banking or credit environmentExtensive commercial credit analysis, banking, and/or related credit experience with ability to read, interpret and analyze financial statementsStrong financial analysis, communication, judgment, and attention to detailPrior supervisory experienceProficiency with common desktop software, lending/credit platforms, and Microsoft ExcelWhy You'll Love Working HereIn addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support you both personally and professionally.
