Job Description Facilities Director Salary: $90,000 to $95,000 + Excellent Benefits Join a premier upscale hospitality group seeking an experienced Facilities Director to oversee the maintenance, appearance, and operational excellence of multiple high-end restaurant properties. Responsibilities Oversee all preventative maintenance programs across multiple restaurant properties. Perform and coordinate repairs involving HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical systems, carpentry, painting, and general building maintenance. Maintain dining rooms, kitchens, public spaces, back-of-house areas, and exterior grounds to exceptional standards. Manage relationships with outside vendors and contractors, ensuring quality workmanship and timely completion of projects. Conduct routine inspections to maintain compliance with safety, health, and building regulations. Develop and manage maintenance budgets while identifying cost-saving opportunities. Monitor energy usage and implement initiatives to improve operational efficiency. Partner with operations leadership to quickly resolve maintenance issues and support daily business needs. Respond to emergency maintenance situations when required. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of facilities or property maintenance leadership experience. Experience in restaurants, hospitality, hotels, country clubs, retail, or commercial facilities preferred. Strong working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical systems, and general building maintenance. Hands-on repair and troubleshooting skills. Experience managing vendors and maintenance contractors. Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills. Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to respond to after-hours emergencies as needed.
