Trusts and Estate Paralegal - Cleveland

McDonald Hopkins is seeking a full-time, qualified Trust and Estate Paralegal to join our Cleveland, OH office. Organizational skills and attention to detail are extremely imperative to succeed in this role. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience and have a strong understanding of trust and estate administration. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Prepare estate tax returns (Form 706) and fiduciary income tax returns (Form 1041) Meet with clients, trustees and family members Communicate with beneficiaries Draft correspondence and legal documents Arrange assets and tax spreadsheets Revise bank statements and prepare accountings Qualifications: Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to analyze and problem solve Multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines Team player with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively Proficient in Adobe, Microsoft Office Suite, advanced in Microsoft Excel #J-18808-Ljbffr McDonald Hopkins
