You will play a key role in coordinating communication, managing scheduling and documentation, and ensuring smooth workflows across the care team. This role is essential in supporting resident care by maintaining organized systems, assisting with admissions and appointments, and serving as a central point of contact for staff, residents, and families. Key Responsibilities Coordinates staff scheduling for the unit and prepares bi-weekly payroll accurately, in a timely manner Functions as a receptionist for the unit taking messages and returning calls for Unit Manager, Social Worker, and Nursing staff; frequently checks and promptly responds to all emails Transcribes Physicians’ orders; manages pharmacy refills; ensures all nursing forms are current and available #J-18808-Ljbffr San Francisco Campus for Jewish Living
