IT Help Desk Support Specialist
Educated Solutions Corp
ESC has an exciting opportunity for an IT Help Desk Support Contractor to provide end-user support for approximately 1,000 users across County operations for our premier client.. This role will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Windows PCs, laptops, printers, mobile devices, Microsoft 365 applications, user account access, and basic network connectivity. Additional responsibilities may include asset lifecycle management, including receiving and unboxing equipment, inventory tracking, device deployment, and retirement of technology assets. The role is 100% onsite and starts as a 3-month contract.

Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Experience using an IT Service Management (ITSM) or ticketing system
- Ability to triage and prioritize support requests effectively xhyhwjd
- Strong documentation and organizational skills
- Active listening and problem-solving capabilities
- Critical thinking and analytical troubleshooting skills
- Experience supporting Windows-based environments and end-user technologies
- Associate's Degree in relevant field.
