Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct thorough biopsychosocial assessments to evaluate the needs and strengths of each patient, identifying treatment goals tailored to individual circumstances.

  • Create and implement comprehensive treatment plans that encompass individual, family, couple, and group therapy modalities, while continuously monitoring patient progress and adjusting plans as necessary.

  • Deliver psychotherapeutic interventions in both individual and group therapy settings, collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.

  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, in compliance with legal and ethical standards, to ensure high-quality care and seamless communication within the care team.

  • Engage in crisis intervention when needed, providing immediate support during urgent situations, and utilizing triage evaluation strategies to enhance patient outcomes.

  • Uphold agency policies and ethical standards while participating in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices and clinical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a broad range of patients, including those struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and relationship issues. Our clientele often seek therapy for personal development and coping strategies, and you will use your expertise to guide them toward recovery and growth. Qualifications\n

  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

  • Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Oregon.

  • At least two years of experience in counseling, preferably in a clinical context.

  • A thorough understanding of ethical standards and legal requirements in mental health counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary range of USD 70,000 – 105,000, along with a sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.
