What You'll Do

• Deliver motivating, science-backed Orangetheory workouts.
• Create an energetic, welcoming, and inclusive class experience.
• Build genuine relationships with members and celebrate their progress.
• Provide coaching, encouragement, and accountability before, during, and after class.
• Maintain a professional, positive, and team-first attitude.
• Work collaboratively with fellow coaches and studio staff to create an exceptional member experience.

We're Looking For Someone Who:

• Has a nationally recognized group fitness certification (ACE, NASM, AFAA, ACSM, ISSA, etc.) or is willing to obtain one.
• Holds CPR/AED certification.
• Loves connecting with people and inspiring others.
• Brings high energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism to every class.
• Is reliable and able to commit to a consistent coaching schedule.
• Embraces feedback and enjoys continuous learning and development.
• Wants to be part of a supportive, collaborative coaching team.
