- Deliver motivating, science-backed Orangetheory workouts.
- Create an energetic, welcoming, and inclusive class experience.
- Build genuine relationships with members and celebrate their progress.
- Provide coaching, encouragement, and accountability before, during, and after class.
- Maintain a professional, positive, and team-first attitude.
- Work collaboratively with fellow coaches and studio staff to create an exceptional member experience.
- Has a nationally recognized group fitness certification (ACE, NASM, AFAA, ACSM, ISSA, etc.) or is willing to obtain one.
- Holds CPR/AED certification.
- Loves connecting with people and inspiring others.
- Brings high energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism to every class.
- Is reliable and able to commit to a consistent coaching schedule.
- Embraces feedback and enjoys continuous learning and development.
- Wants to be part of a supportive, collaborative coaching team.
