Chito Gvrito , a modern Georgian restaurant in Gramercy Park, is seeking an experienced and hospitality-driven both Part-time and Full-time Servers to join our front-of-house team. Our team is passionate about sharing Georgia's rich food and wine culture through warm, knowledgeable, and attentive service.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of experience in upscale, high-volume, or fast-paced restaurants
• Basic wine knowledge; familiarity with Georgian wines is a plus, but not required
• Basic cocktail knowledge
• Interest in international cuisines; knowledge of global food cultures is a plus
• Professional, polished, and guest-focused demeanor
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Cultural curiosity and the ability to confidently present our menu and tell the story behind Georgian cuisine
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
• Professional handling of guest feedback and problem resolution

Availability Requirements

• Flexible schedule is required , including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be available to work double shifts, including weekends.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to climb stairs multiple times throughout each shift
• Ability to carry multiple plates safely and efficiently
• Willingness to bus tables, run food, and assist teammates wherever needed to ensure exceptional service
