Director, Commercialization PMO — Fast-Launch Leader

Real Good Foods is seeking a Director of the Commercialization PMO to lead end-to-end innovation, renovation, and line-extension projects from concept through market launch at our Bolingbrook, IL facility. You will own the operating system that translates consumer strategy into in-market reality, driving speed to market while ensuring alignment with plant capacity, cost, and customer requirements.
