Caregiver Responsibilities

As a caregiver, you'll provide one-on-one support that helps seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.

Responsibilities may include:

• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care
• Helping with mobility, transfers, and fall prevention
• Preparing meals and assisting with daily routines
• Performing light housekeeping and laundry
• Providing transportation to appointments and running errands
• Offering medication reminders
• Supporting clients living with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia
• Communicating with families and care teams to ensure exceptional, personalized care

What We're Looking For

We're looking for caring individuals who are passionate about helping others.

Qualifications include:

• Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass background and drug screenings
• Previous experience as a Caregiver, CNA, HHA, PCA, Direct Support Professional (DSP), or in senior care is preferred but not required
• Paid training is available for motivated candidates with a heart for caregiving
