Key Responsibilities
Experience - Prior experience in customer service, call center, or retail environment preferred
Communication - Strong verbal and written communication skills
Technical Skills - Proficiency with MS Office and data entry systems
Problem-Solving - Ability to stay calm and solution-oriented under pressure
Teamwork - Collaborative attitude with strong interpersonal skills
Commute - Must reside within a reasonable distance (60 minutes or less commute)

Job Description
