Regional Asset Protection Manager (Florida)

Come work for us!We are looking for dedicated employees to join our team to help our customers have the best experience possible every time they enter a DTLR store.Our employees are key to our success.The Regional Asset Protection Manager (RAPM) protects company profits and promotes safety in their assigned areas by performing the following key duties: Training and Development: Develops and delivers training programs foremployees at all levels to mitigate loss and enhance inventory accuracy. Asset Protection and Operational Control: Implement, audit, and evaluateAP/LP and operational controls, making continuous improvements based onfindings. Safety Oversight: Conduct safety audits and actively promotes safetyadherence Investigations: Conduct formal loss interviews both in person and via telephone. Strategic Partnerships:- External Business Partnerships: Collaborates with law enforcement, courtpersonnel, and mall management to resolve issues.- Internal Business Partnerships: Builds effective partnerships and collaboratescross-functionally across the field with various teams, including the Corporateoffice to achieve company goals for shrink reduction and operational excellence. Shrink Management: Administers company-authorized shrink and marginerosion mitigation programs and provides recommendations for ongoing program development. Data Analysis: Uses data to identify fraud and determine areas for processimprovement. Team Contribution: Assume additional responsibilities and manage projects as required to facilitate the achievement of the overall team objectives.Required Education and/or ExperienceBachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university; or equivalent experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Interviewing/investigation courses or certifications are desirable. Internal JD Finish Line experience strongly preferred.Required Computer and/or Technical SkillsShould have basic to intermediate knowledge and abilities with Microsoft Office and/or Google Products.QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
