Production Associate -- Heavy Lifting Required

We’re hiring dependable, motivated Production Associates to join a fast-paced manufacturing team.

This is a hands-on, physically demanding role for someone who takes pride in reliability, teamwork, and getting the job done. If you’re dependable, physically capable, and ready to make this opportunity a priority, we want to hear from you!

Pay & Schedule

Pay: $15-$19/hour
Shift: 7:00AM – 5:30 PM & 4:00PM-12:30AM
Schedule: 8-10-hour shifts
Overtime: Required

Bonuses:

$300 biweekly Sign on Bonus

$300 biweekly for perfect attendance

What You’ll Need

Reliability is a must — this position should be your primary job and priority
Ability to consistently work 10–12 hour shifts
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
Strong physical stamina and endurance
Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment
Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled facility
Positive attitude and ability to work well with a team

What You’ll Do

Perform production and general labor tasks as assigned
Safely and efficiently handle materials and finished products
Keep your work area clean, safe, and organized
Follow all company safety procedures and production guidelines
Work as part of a team to keep production moving efficiently
