- Ability to be part of a growing firm that plans to expand their Transportation (Roadway/Highway) presence throughout the state of Colorado.
- Opportunity to work on a mix of State DOT and local county projects throughout the greater Denver region and beyond.
- HYBIRD work schedule - most staff are working from home two days per week, but there is flexibility.
- The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- 8+ years of Transportation Design and preferred Project Management experience.
- Ideally, this person will have experience with CDOT projects.
- Experience in MicroStation, OpenRoads, etc.
- PE required.
- Helping manage projects, clients, and junior level staff. Managing sub-contractors on projects.
- Collaborate and meet with clientele throughout the state. Potentially having on-site visits with DOT clients.
- Engaging with clients to develop relationships, meet project deadlines.
- Business development is not required, but is a plus if this person can help them break into new business.
