The Pool Technician will be responsible for:Inspecting and maintaining pool equipment to ensure optimal performanceTesting and balancing water chemistry including chlorine, pH, and alkalinityCleaning pools including skimming, brushing, vacuuming, and tile careIdentifying and communicating repair or maintenance needsPerforming filter cleanings and basic equipment serviceMaintaining service records using mobile softwareRepresenting Coquina professionally at each propertyQualificationsProficiency in pool cleaning, water testing, and safe chemical handlingExperience in basic equipment maintenance and repairHigh school diploma or GED equivalent preferredValid driver’s license and clean driving recordStrong communication and customer service skillsPositive attitude and professionalism with clientsReliable, punctual, and detail orientedAbility to work independently and manage a consistent scheduleStrong work ethic and ability to work outdoors year roundAbility to lift 50 plus pounds and handle physical workExperience is a plus but not required.
