Finance Manager

(Hybrid/On-site) - 3 days onsite 2 remote Overview A growing organization is seeking a Finance Manager to serve as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders. This role is responsible for delivering financial insights that influence strategy, operational performance, and long-term growth initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, business-oriented, and comfortable partnering cross-functionally in a dynamic environment. What You’ll Do Strategic Finance & Planning Support budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting activities Build and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making Analyze performance trends, risks, and variances Prepare forecasts and financial insights for senior leadership Deliver ad hoc analysis to support operational and commercial initiatives Business Partnership Act as a strategic financial advisor to business unit leaders Provide scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis to evaluate business outcomes Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial and operational goals Process Improvement & Analytics Identify opportunities to improve financial reporting, tools, and analytics Support the development of FP&A capabilities and best practices Leverage financial systems and technology to enhance decision-making What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred) 10+ years of experience in finance, accounting, FP&A, or a related role Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills Ability to influence stakeholders and communicate with non-financial leaders Experience operating in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment Why This Role High visibility and direct partnership with senior leadership Opportunity to influence strategy and long-term growth initiatives Broad scope with meaningful impact across the business Competitive compensation and benefits Equal Opportunity Employer All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to legally protected characteristics. #J-18808-Ljbffr
