A confidential California law firm is seeking a senior-level Trusts and Estates attorney to support a sophisticated private client practice. This is a strong fit for an attorney who enjoys drafting and advising, can manage matters with limited oversight, and is comfortable serving as a day-to-day point of contact for clients. Practice offers a mix of technical drafting and practical client counseling. THE ROLE Draft and implement core estate planning documents, including revocable and irrevocable trusts, wills, and related ancillary instruments. Advise clients on trust and estate administration issues and coordinate matter execution from intake through completion. Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate documentation, issue spotting, and timely delivery of work product. Maintain high-quality written work product and clear client communications. LOCATION, SCHEDULE AND COMPENSATION Schedule In office 4 days per week. REQUIREMENTS Active California bar admission in good standing. Juris Doctor from an accredited law school. Trusts and estates experience appropriate for a senior-level seat (this search is targeted to attorneys with up to 9 years of practice experience).
