Position Summary As a Night Auditor , you are the face of the hotel during overnight hours, ensuring our guests feel welcomed, supported, and secure while enjoying a peaceful night’s rest. This role blends guest service excellence with front desk operations and basic accounting responsibilities. You’ll set the tone for the day ahead by transitioning the hotel smoothly into the morning with a positive attitude and a warm smile. Night Auditors are empowered to resolve guest concerns independently and play a vital role in upholding our high standards of service overnight. Key Responsibilities Provide a friendly and professional welcome to guests during overnight hours Assist guests with hotel information and local area recommendations Perform nightly audit procedures and basic accounting tasks accurately Resolve guest concerns promptly and efficiently with sound judgment Maintain a clean, organized, and secure front desk environment Prepare reports and ensure a smooth transition to the morning shift Schedule Overnight shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM Weekends and holidays may be required Qualifications Previous hotel front desk or accounting experience preferred (minimum 1 year) Strong customer service and communication skills Comfortable working independently overnight Basic understanding of accounting or willingness to learn Physical Requirements Ability to stand for up to six (6) hours at a time #J-18808-Ljbffr Comfort Inn & Suites Logan Airport
