Performance Tuning & Scalability Optimization
Preferred Experience:
8+ years of hands-on data engineering experience in enterprise environments
Strong experience designing scalable cloud, on-prem, and hybrid data solutions
Experience building secure and governed ingestion frameworks
Experience implementing automated schema management strategies
Experience with Snowflake security, governance, and workload optimization
Experience managing Qlik Replicate tasks with reconciliation and monitoring
Experience developing DBT models with testing, documentation, and lineage
Experience building reliable Airflow workflows with dependency management, retries, and SLAs
Strong understanding of DevOps practices, code reviews, branching strategies, and release management
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field preferred.
