Supply Chain Coordinator

Supply Chain Coordinator (Distribution Center Operations)
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Coordinator to support our Distribution Center (DC) operations and manage supply chain activities within a 3PL warehouse environment. This role is responsible for coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring smooth operational flow, and driving continuous improvement across the supply chain.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to support efficient warehouse operations
- Monitor daily DC activity and implement corrective actions to resolve operational issues and maintain workflow
- Communicate effectively with multiple sites, internal teams, and external partners
- Collaborate with transportation providers to ensure timely and accurate shipment movement
- Arrange special or expedited shipments as needed to meet business requirements
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency
- Track, collect, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Generate reports by consolidating data from multiple Excel sources
Must Have:
- Strong knowledge of Client Excel (data consolidation, reporting, analysis)
- Understanding of supply chain and logistics networks, particularly within a 3PL environment
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Client Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
- Previous experience in distribution center or warehouse operations
- Experience working with transportation providers and logistics partners
- Familiarity with performance metrics and continuous improvement initiatives
