Senior Electrical Engineer [Hybrid] Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team. This is a hybrid role that will allow you to work both remotely and in the office, giving you flexibility to balance work and life. Utilize expertise in Revit to create detailed electrical system designs. Manage projects from start to finish, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure successful project completion. Apply knowledge of LEED to design sustainable and energy‑efficient systems. Review and approve electrical drawings and specifications, ensuring code compliance. Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering collaboration and learning. Communicate project status to stakeholders promptly and professionally. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. Minimum of 5 years experience in electrical engineering, focusing on complex system design. Professional Engineer (PE) license required. Proficiency in Revit and other electrical design software. Strong project management skills with proven track record of managing projects from conception to completion. Knowledge of LEED and experience designing sustainable and energy‑efficient systems. Excellent communication and collaboration skills for multidisciplinary teamwork. Strong problem‑solving skills and creative solutions to complex engineering challenges. Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Comfortable in a hybrid environment, working effectively both remotely and in the office.
