How you’ll make an impact in this role

• Provide direct, high-quality behavioral health care to support patient well-being.

• Assist patients with daily activities, promoting independence and comfort.

• Support diagnostic procedures and deliver thoughtful therapeutic interventions.

• Observe and record patient progress, collaborating with the team to refine care plans.

• Build trusting, therapeutic relationships to empower patients throughout their recovery journey.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

• Certification specializing in Crisis Prevention preferred.

• Nurse Aide credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing preferred.

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

Additional Preferences:

• Bachelors degree in Psychology or similar field

• Psych experience
