Job Description
LVN - Outpatient Clinic Infusion

Schedule

Day shift, 5x8-hour schedule (08:00 - 17:00).

Assignment Details

Floating may be required; on-call and weekend shifts are not required.

Requirements

• 2 years of outpatient clinic experience.
• Active LVN license in California.
• Current certifications in BLS (AHA or ARC only), IV & Blood.
• Flu vaccine required (no declinations or exemptions).
• Familiarity with Epic EMR system.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in an outpatient clinic setting.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Assist in patient assessments and documentation.
• Monitor patient reactions and report any concerns.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans.
