What You’ll Do

1. Diagnose and repair  commercial HVAC/R systems independently
2. Handle complex service calls across refrigeration, electrical, and controls
3. Execute preventative maintenance with  precision and efficiency
4. Own your calls end-to-end with minimal oversight

What We’re Looking For

1. 5+ years commercial HVAC/R experience (required)
2. Strong diagnostic capability across  refrigeration, electrical, and controls
3. Proven ability to operate  independently in the field
4. EPA Universal Certification (required)
5. Valid driver’s license

Compensation & Benefits

1. $38 – $48 per hour (based on capability and field independence)
2. Company truck + fuel card

We are looking for an organized, responsive, and detail-oriented Purchasing Coordinator who understands that purchasing is a critical part of customer service and field operations.
