Job Details Title : Occupational Therapist Location : In‑facility Reporting to : Director of Rehabilitation Responsibilities As an Occupational Therapist, you help patients get well by assessing their needs, developing recovery plans, and delivering occupational therapy. You act as a healer and a helper, addressing the whole patient and designing programs that restore, reinforce, and enhance their physical abilities and independence. You remain adaptable to patients’ needs and find joy in the variety of the work and its settings. You collaborate with peers and gladly refer patients to additional services when needed. You serve as an educator, training patients and caregivers on skills to promote independence and productivity. Qualifications They must have a Bachelor's degree in an occupational therapy curriculum accredited by ACOTE standards. They must have initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy. They must hold a valid and unencumbered occupational therapy license as required in the state of practice.
