CFS is partnering with a growing, innovative organization seeking a strategic Procurement Manager to lead the full end-to-end supply chain function.
Job Description
- The Procurement Manager will oversee sourcing, purchasing, logistics, inventory, and vendor management across the organization
- This Procurement Manager will drive cost optimization, operational efficiency, and process improvements across the full supply chain lifecycle
- Build scalable procurement processes, evaluate vendor performance, and negotiate complex contracts as a key Procurement Manager
- Partner cross-functionally with operations, finance, and leadership to ensure alignment with company goals
- Implement systems and analytics to improve forecasting, demand planning, and supplier reliability
- This is a highly visible leadership opportunity for a results-driven Procurement Manager
- 10+ years of procurement or supply chain experience
- Proven end-to-end supply chain management expertise
- Strong vendor negotiation and contract management skills
- Experience with inventory planning and logistics optimization
- Ability to implement systems, tools, and process improvements
- Excellent leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
