Primary Care Physician Physician

Overview We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Primary Care Physician to deliver comprehensive outpatient care to adult and geriatric patients in a collaborative, patient-centered environment. Responsibilities Diagnosing and managing medical conditions, maintaining accurate records, coordinating referrals, participating in quality improvement, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care. Qualifications MD or DO from an accredited school, active unrestricted license, board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics, and at least 2 years managing high-acuity geriatric patients. Supervisory experience with Advanced Practice Providers is preferred. Skills and attributes Strong clinical judgment, commitment to patient outcomes, proficiency with electronic health records, and experience working with senior populations or in value-based care settings is advantageous.
