We’re hiring an experienced Respiratory Therapist for a local hospital in Boston, MA where you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the treatment, care, and needs of patients with breathing disorders. The role supports adult acute critical care in an acute hospital setting. Hamilton ventilator experience and EPIC documentation experience are preferred.

Minimum Requirements:

• Associate or bachelor’s degree from a Respiratory Therapy or Cardiopulmonary Science program.
• Current Massachusetts state license in good standing with the State License Board.
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required.
• Minimum one year experience as an RRT; experience in adult acute critical care preferred.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience with Hamilton mechanical ventilators preferred.
• Experience with EPIC documentation preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in a hospital critical care or ICU environment.
• Additional certifications relevant to respiratory care are a plus.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 18:15–06:45.
• Night shift schedule consisting of 12-hour shifts.
• Work setting: adult acute critical care within a hospital.
