As a Security Officer Driver Entry Control in Baldwinsville, NY , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Access Control Officer at a dynamic food and beverage location, where you will monitor entry points, verify credentials, conduct routine patrols, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. This is a driving post, requiring a valid driver’s license. Pay Rate: $18.11 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by following site-specific access procedures, verifying credentials, and supporting security-related protocols at the location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, screen visitors and deliveries, issue temporary access credentials as needed, and document activity in accordance with post orders.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency personnel when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility, production areas, shipping and receiving areas, parking locations, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or security-related concerns.
• Prepare clear reports on access activity, incidents, and policy-related observations, and help to support an orderly environment throughout the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
