Programs Manager III
E11C DDS Annual Salary $65,347.17+ Full State Employee Benefits
Travel is Occasional: Must possess a valid driver's license and must maintain required care insurance.
Minimum Qualifications
- A master's degree and two years of professional experience
- OR a bachelor's degree and three years of professional experience
- OR an equivalent combination of education and experience, substituting one year of professional-level experience in the above-listed areas for each year of the required education
Job Responsibilities
- 1. Directs statewide activities related to the DDS Behavior Support Services unit including supervision of 3 PFR staff and 1 Admin Assistant, implementing sound personnel policies and practices, consulting with field leadership statewide to guide program implementation
- Chairs the SHRBRC to review restrictive plans to ensure individual right to due process
- Represents DDS in multiple statewide meetings pertaining to behavioral health planning and service delivery
- Reviews applications from behavior support providers to ensure only qualified providers are approved. Also addresses issues with existing behavior support providers
- Develops and recommends policies, rules, and regulations pertaining to the implementation of behavior supports programming and individual rights to align with division goals and state and federal rules
- Reviews reports to determine statewide trends and plans to address areas of concern.
