Network Engineer

Position OverviewWe’re seeking an experienced Network Engineer to join a growing IT infrastructure team responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and optimizing enterprise network environments. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in routing, switching, and network security who enjoys solving complex technical challenges while ensuring high availability, performance, and security across the organization’s network infrastructure. TCP/IP

, VLANs, STP, OSPF, BGP, ACLs, NAT, and VPN technologies Experience troubleshooting complex network issues across large-scale environments. Strong understanding of network architecture, redundancy, and high-availability designs. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. CCNA certification preferred (CCNP is a plus). Experience with Cisco networking technologies. Experience supporting enterprise firewall platforms such as Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco ASA/Firepower, or Check Point. Familiarity with network monitoring and management tools. Wireless Networking Network Troubleshooting Network Monitoring High Availability Infrastructure Support Responsibilities Design, implement, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure across multiple locations. Configure and support Layer 2 and Layer 3 switching and routing technologies in complex enterprise environments. Manage and maintain firewall technologies, including policy creation, security updates, VPN configuration, and troubleshooting. Monitor network performance and proactively identify opportunities to improve reliability, scalability, and security. Respond to network incidents and perform root cause analysis to resolve connectivity and performance issues. Support LAN, WAN, wireless, VPN, and Internet connectivity across the organization. Collaborate with systems, security, and infrastructure teams on network-related projects and initiatives. Plan and execute network upgrades, hardware refreshes, and infrastructure improvements with minimal downtime. Maintain network documentation, diagrams, standards, and operating procedures.
