Coordinate logistics for production schedules, including managing call sheets and talent coordination. Maintain inventory of production supplies and notify supervisors of necessary replenishments. Help with the organization and cleanliness of production areas to uphold safety standards. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in film, media, or related fields is a plus. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late nights, and weekends as needed. Basic technical aptitude and willingness to learn industry‑standard equipment and software. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and take direction effectively.
