Well-established, highly-respected Adult medical practice seeking experienced front desk patient coordinator with minimum three year's experience.
Expectations include candidates who are skilled in courteously greeting patients and visitors, using multi-line telephone to for high-volume phone answering, screening, transferring, and taking messages; making and changing appointments per Patient and Provider preferences, verifying patient insurance and demographics, scanning and filing electronic documents accurately into patient charts, using forthcoming in-take technologies to further expedite services, performing patient check-out including re-verifying insurance, collecting patient insurance co-payments and balances, gathering medical record request information, scheduling follow-up appointments and producing visit summary documents.
Touch typing, professional phone skills and appearance, and ability to work with mature and diverse patients and staff required.
This is an anticipated opening.
