Registered Nurse (RN) - Behavioral Health

Registered Nurse (RN), Behavioral Health Nights Employment Type Fulltime Shift Hours 7p-7a (3) 12 hour shifts (every 4th weekend) Compensation $20,000 sign on bonus eligible (with 2-year commitment) Responsibilities Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies patient needs. Identifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventions. Provides care appropriate to condition and age of the patient. Performs timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record. Responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient. Basic Life Support certification required within 30 days of hire. ACLS and PALS certifications required within six months of hire. One (1) year of experience preferred but not required.
