What You'll Do:

• Conduct mental health screenings and assessments based on inmate records and clinical interviews
• Develop, implement, and modify individual treatment plans based on client needs
• Document treatment activities and evaluations accurately in health records
• Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information at all times
• Provide mental health assessments, counseling, and crisis interventions
• Demonstrate expertise in psychological counseling techniques and theory
• Respond appropriately to crises and address inmates' mental health needs

What You Need:

• Current CA license (LCSW or LPCC)
• US Citizenship (for ICE clearance purposes)
• Ability to pass thorough background and credit investigations
• Prior experience in mental health assessment and treatment preferred
• Strong confidentiality and communication skills
