PROSTAR Staffing is partnering with a well-established pharmaceutical packaging facility and is currently hiring for the following positions:
- Pharmaceutical Packers
- Material Handlers
- Porters
- Machine Operators
- Operator Assistants
Pay Rate
- $15.92 - $22.00 per hour DOE
Available Shifts
1st Shift - Production
Monday - Friday
- 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
2nd Shift - Production
Monday - Friday
- 3:15 PM - 11:45 PM
Saturday
- 2:15 PM - 10:45 PM
Work Location
- West Caldwell, NJ
Job Responsibilities
- Assemble and label medication packages, ensuring accurate counts and proper documentation.
- Inspect finished products for accuracy, appearance, labeling, and functionality.
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and all regulatory requirements to maintain compliance and product quality.
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Production, and Maintenance teams to support efficient operations.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all workplace safety procedures.
- Perform duties in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while meeting productivity and quality standards.
Requirements
- Background check required.
- Drug screening required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, GMP-regulated environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to stand, move, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
- Noise levels may range from moderate to high.
