Position Summary

Seeking an experienced Oracle Revenue Management & Billing (ORMB) Consultant to support healthcare billing and revenue management initiatives. The consultant will configure, enhance, integrate, and support ORMB solutions across billing, payments, collections, and revenue cycle operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, customize, and support Oracle ORMB applications.

• Translate healthcare billing requirements into scalable ORMB solutions.

• Implement billing, payments, collections, adjustments, and account management processes.

• Develop and support ORMB integrations with claims, enrollment, finance, and customer service systems.

• Perform SQL-based data analysis, testing, troubleshooting, and defect resolution.

• Support production operations, data conversion, upgrades, and enhancements.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams in an Agile environment.

• Create functional and technical documentation.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of Oracle application experience , with strong ORMB expertise.

• Hands-on experience with ORMB configuration, business rules, algorithms, and integrations .

• Healthcare payer, health insurance, healthcare billing, or revenue cycle experience.

• Strong understanding of billing, invoicing, payments, collections, adjustments, and customer accounts.

• Strong SQL and data analysis skills.

• Experience working in Agile delivery environments .

Preferred

• Experience with large healthcare organizations or health plans.

• Member/premium/provider billing experience.

• Oracle Utilities, Oracle Cloud, or enterprise integration platform experience.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
