You will work closely with the North America Commercial Director and sales representatives to support pipeline visibility, internal coordination, and commercial execution. Support daily sales operations and internal coordination Maintain CRM data accuracy and pipeline structure Assist with quotes, proposals, and sales documentation Coordinate communication between sales, operations, and production Contribute to event coordination (trade shows, meetings, etc.) Act as a resource for CRM usage and best practices Your background Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and multitasking abilities Proactive, solution-oriented and teamwork mindset Strong communication and coordination abilities Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams) Experience with CRM systems (asset) Background in business, operations, or related field #J-18808-Ljbffr
