Qualifications\n- \n
- An active, independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD). \n
- A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology, demonstrating a strong foundation in clinical principles. \n
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the establishment of trust and rapport with clients from various cultural and socio-economic backgrounds. \n
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, ensuring all client documentation is timely and precise. \n
While a minimum of two years of experience in mental health counseling is required, preference will be given to candidates who have experience working in diverse community settings or have strong backgrounds in crisis intervention and group therapy facilitation.
