JOB TITLE

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Federal Medical Center Support

JOB SUMMARY

ASA Healthcare Staffing is seeking dependable and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to support healthcare operations at a Federal Medical Center in Fort Worth, Texas. This opportunity offers stable full-time hours, competitive pay, and the ability to work within a professional healthcare environment supporting continuity of patient care.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, strong communication skills, reliability, and the ability to work effectively within a structured healthcare setting.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Monitor and record vital signs
Assist with mobility and patient transfers
Support nursing staff with patient care activities
Maintain accurate documentation
Observe and report patient condition changes
Maintain patient confidentiality and professionalism
Follow all facility policies and procedures

REQUIREMENTS

Active Texas CNA Certification
Current CPR Certification
Valid Driver's License or Government ID
Ability to pass background screening
Strong attendance and reliability
Professional communication skills
Ability to work flexible schedules if needed

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Previous hospital, long-term care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing experience
Bilingual candidates strongly encouraged to apply
Experience working in fast-paced healthcare environments
Team-oriented attitude
Strong patient care skills
