Interiors Project Manager - Real Estate Developer

This fully in‑house operation includes design, construction, and property management teams working under one roof, allowing for seamless collaboration and rapid decision‑making. The Interiors division is led by an experienced department head and delivers high‑quality custom tenant improvements across a diverse portfolio ranging from small businesses to growing regional tenants. Your new role As a Project Manager, you will coordinate and manage tenant improvement projects from initial scope through turnover. You’ll handle estimating, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and day‑to‑day project oversight while ensuring exceptional quality and client satisfaction. You will be based in office in Frederick, MD with regular site visits across Frederick, Loudoun and Prince William counties. You will independently manage 8–10 active interior projects, gaining full exposure to budgeting, field execution, and project closeout.
