What You'll Do Drive rentals by converting phone and walk-in inquiries into signed leases Match customers to the right unit size and upsell additional services Manage customer accounts, handle collections calls, and keep detailed records Conduct daily property inspections and keep inventory accurate Balance a cash drawer and prepare daily deposits Maintain a clean, show-ready facility that reflects our award-winning standard Step in at nearby locations when the team needs you What We're Looking For A self-starter who takes initiative without being asked Someone with a competitive edge and comfort in a sales environment Strong communicator who can build rapport quickly Detail-oriented and dependable Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship Hours of Operation: Closed Sunday & Monday What We Offer Low-deductible medical with Telehealth, dental, vision, life, and AD&D 401(k) with company match Tuition reimbursement and paid training Employee wellness and assistance programs Work Authorization Notice Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.
