To lead the day-to-day operations of a clinical delivery model, the full-time remote Senior Practice Manager will manage Medical Assistants, oversee provider support and scheduling, and optimize Athena EMR workflows to ensure exceptional patient experiences. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the Medical Assistant team, establishing workflows and performance metrics Oversee provider operational support, including scheduling and documentation workflows Serve as the operational subject matter expert for Athena, optimizing related workflows and processes Required Qualifications Extensive hands-on experience with Athena EMR/Athenahealth 5+ years of progressive healthcare operations experience Experience managing Medical Assistants or similar clinical support teams Experience leading teams in both virtual and in-person clinical settings Strong understanding of ambulatory, outpatient, and telehealth operations
